He has a hard time expressing himself and might come off too strong when he tries to verbalize his concerns. He has lived in Town since he was born.  His mother was an immigrant who used to be an amateur beautician out of their living room to make ends meat.  However after she remarried, she was beaten to death by her husband in the shower.  The local police called the incident an accident and the man was never charged.
